Moment Health AU is a mobile osteopathy practice operating in Sydney, Australia. All services are provided by Marcus Ng, registered osteopath (AHPRA). Moment Health AU currently operates as a sole trader (ABN 93 265 702 809). If the business structure changes in future, you will be notified and this policy will be updated accordingly.

By booking with Moment Health AU you agree to receive appointment confirmations and reminders via email or SMS. From time to time we may contact you with care-related updates or practice information. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS or emailing hello@momenthealth.au.
Sharing Your Information
Your information will never be shared outside Moment Health AU without your explicit written consent, except where required by law — for example in cases involving unlawful activity or serious threats to health and safety.
Where it would benefit your care, we may discuss your clinical notes or professional opinion with another health provider such as your GP or a specialist. We will always seek your permission before doing so.
As a registered osteopath practising in NSW, Marcus Ng is a mandatory reporter of child abuse and neglect under the Children and Young Persons (Care and Protection) Act 1998 and is legally obligated to report reasonable suspicions of risk of harm to the relevant authorities.
